1) WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO START YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY?
My motivation was to get some strength back after having neck surgery.
2) WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO FOCUS ON YOUR FITNESS & WELLNESS?
I stay focused because I feel better when I exercise.
3) HOW DO YOU OVERCOME OBSTACLES OR CHALLENGES ON THE DAYS THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO EXERCISE?
I enjoy the Ladies in my group so I'm always glad to get to class and talk with the girls. We have a good time!
4) DO YOU HAVE A SUPPORT SYSTEM & WHO/WHAT IS IT, HOW DO YOU MAKE IT WORK FOR YOU?
My support system are the Ladies in our group, and Michelle as our leader, these two things are very important to me, not only for my physical, but also my mental health. They are always there for me.
5) WHAT IS IT THAT YOU LOVE ABOUT THE FEEL GOOD FACTORY?
I love the TFGF because it's affordable, doable, and close to home.
Exercising on my own never worked for me. Too easy to take a day off. Joining a group was also difficult, "I can't do it, etc." Michelle gave me the incentive to try. The Feel Good Factory and it's members are a big part of my life.I know I can go there and feed better when I leave. Love my ladies and the "Factory"!
I have always enjoyed exercising and fitness. I think it may have started when my mom enrolled me in acrobatic and tap lessons when i was a little girl. When Michelle opened her business in Carter Lake, it was perfect for me!
I am motivated because of Michelle. She is always finding ways to keep her classes interesting and is always encouraging us. When I am finding it hard to be motivated I go to class anyway and remember that exercise will help me feel better. Exercise is good for my body and the conversations are good for my soul.
I love TFGF because of the awesome ladies and friendships that have developed It is truly a FEEL GOOD place for me.
