You are working to challenge yourself! To see a change in your body, you need to challenge your body. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.

Shape, sculpt & strengthen muscles to become stronger and burn calories. Change & challenge yourself all in one!

"Most barre-based classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements." Also, don't be surprised if your class incorporates light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work.

BARBELL STRENGTH

Mon/Wed 5:30-6:30p

barbell class is a fitness class in which participants combine continuous cardiovascular activity with light to moderate weight training. The weight training is performed using a standard two-hand barbell with weight plates attached to both sides.

FAST FITNESS STEP

Tues/Thur 4:30-5:15p

A fullbody cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. A mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat & lunge patterns to work the legs.
