**No-Show Policy**

At TFGF, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing you to miss your appointment. However, to ensure that our schedule runs smoothly and all clients have the opportunity to receive our services, we have implemented the following no-show policy:

1. **Cancellation Policy:** If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

2.**No-Show Fees:** Failure to notify us of a cancellation or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% no-show fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or must be paid before booking future appointments.


3. **Exceptions:** We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid reason for missing your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.


4. **Repeat Offenders:** Clients who repeatedly no-show or cancel appointments without sufficient notice may be required to prepay for future services or may be subject to booking restrictions.
