Michelle Salerno

Michelle Salerno- Owner,

Certified Fitness Instructor

Massage Therapist, Esthetician

Michelle discovered her passion for massage therapy later in life. After more than 20 years she left her corporate job to become a Licensed Massage Therapist, graduating from Omaha School of Massage and Healthcare of Herzing University in December of 2013. 

Michelle is licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa. Her love for people combined with health and wellness is well know amongst her small community. THE FEEL GOOD FACTORY is THE place to go in Carter Lake, Iowa for fitness, wellness, massage therapy, and skin care.

Tasha Conley


Tasha is certified in MixxedFit and Commit Dance Fitness, and has been teaching since 2015. Her favorite type of exercise is group fitness, and she believes that when working out in a group, you can achieve far more than you ever could alone. Having 20 years of experience working as a registered nurse gives her a unique perspective on the importance of health and wellbeing. We love having Tasha here at THE FEEL GOOD FACTORY, Carter Lake, Iowa helping you on your journey to a healthier, happier life.

Jessica Claussen

Jessica a mom to 2 teenage boys and 2 spunky chihuahuas. While on her journey to losing over 100 lbs, she found a passion for fitness and nutrition. She has been teaching group fitness for 12 years. Currently at THE FEEL GOOD FACTORY in Carter Lake, Iowa she teaches Pound and PiYo. Jessica believes in meeting people where they are. She strives to make every class fun, safe and memorable (wink).

Perris Scott

Perris's mission is to help women to realize that they are capable of much more than they give themselves credit for. Through faith and consistent effort, she was able to lose 60lbs and has helped other women to do the same. She want every woman to be more aware of the positive changes happening besides just using the scale. Success is not linear, and her clients find that each stop in the journey is more important than the "end" goal itself.

Stacey Mecseji

Stacey Mecseji

Stacey is a certified BodyPump (BP) and N.E.T.A. yoga instructor who passionately teaches 2+ classes every week! She is obsessive about how BP (barbell cardio strength class) and yoga (strength and stretching) complement each other with (1) challenging and (2) stretching the muscles and (3) calorie burn and afterburn.

Most exciting thing about teaching BP and yoga:
Most people would agree, they feel better immediately after a BP or yoga class .

Keep attending classes and changes in the body will happen over time.

Andrea Huey

Andrea is a wife, boy mom, and dog mom. She has lived in Carter Lake for 12 years. For 6 of those years she has been committed to helping with the wellness of Carter Lake, Iowa at THE FEEL GOOD FACTORY. She is a certified Les Mills BodyPump instructor and a certified group fitness instructor.

"Face the world like a Warrior II... too"

Ed Clary

I love teaching and helping people in any way I can. Starting with high school track and field, my coach had me learn all the events, and then had me help him teach newbies until the school hired an assistant coach. That’s when I learned of my affinity and gift for teaching/instructing. From then on, as fast as I could learn, I was always teaching/training someone in something.

After a few decades of teaching martial arts my body began taking longer and longer to recover. There were family and work obligations; eventually I made the conscious decision to walk away from teaching martial arts. I truly enjoyed the internal, mental, and spiritual aspects of martial arts. Looking for a way to keep up with these, eventually led me to yoga.

A couple of years into taking yoga classes, several instructors and other students began asking when I was going to get certified to teach. I completed my initial certification in May 2021, and have been teaching, non-stop, ever since. Now I get the physical activity I like, along with mental and other internal needs being met, as well as the opportunity to teach and help others.
